Happy Thursday everyone!
How is it the Thursday before Labor day? Weren't we just talking about Memorial day weekend?
I plan to embrace every last bit of summer while I still can. Fall in the mountains is beautiful, but summer really has my heart.
It’s been such a great summer and I’ve simply loved some of the recipes I’ve shared this summer, so for Labor Day I thought I’d do a roundup of the best clean-eating and vegetarian recipes from the past year. It’s a great way to start your cookout plans for the weekend. I know all things apple and pumpkin are just around the corner, but for now these are some of the recipes I’ll be working on through the weekend!
16 Clean Eating & Vegetarian Recipes for Labor Day
3. Watermelon, Feta & Blueberry Salad
7. Tomato, Cucumber and Avocado Salad with Dill
8. Healthy Greek Yogurt Potato Salad
10. Grilled Vegetable and Goat Cheese Sandwich
11. Grilled Cauliflower Steaks with Green Goddess Sauce
13. Fruit Skewers with Honey Almond Yogurt Dip
16. Blueberry Crisp
Thanks for stopping by today! I’ll be back tomorrow with my last summery Fashion Friday of the season.
I'm Thinking Out Loud about the end of summer and Labor Day 🙂 Thanks for the linkup Amanda.
I’m sharing this recipe roundup for Foodie Friday, Meatless Monday with Tina and Deborah, Meatless Monday with Annmarie and the Weekend Potluck. Also Full Plate Thursday with Miz Helen, FoodFriDIY and What’s Cookin’ Wednesday. Thanks so much ladies for the link up parties!
Your turn!
What are you planning for Labor Day?
Do you have a favorite clean-eating, vegetarian summer recipe to add to the list?

I think this was a great idea to put these recipes together.
I think it is good for your regular blog followers and for
your newer followers.
I like the picture of yourself that you chose to use for
your opening page and for your blog responses.
It's a nice friendly " Julie shot "

GREAT round up of recipes. So fresh and delicious-looking. Not such a great idea for me to come to your blog when I'm feeling hungry, however! Haha!

I want to roll around in these. OMG now I'm starving. Even more so. It is 10:40 AM. This is not good.

So yummy! Love the vegetarian ideas - so great and easy to bring to a BBQ! No big plans for me... just helping my boyfriend recover from shoulder surgery... but I plan on sneaking in some beach time 😉 Have a fabulous Thursday!
JulieWunder says
Oh no! I hope he is ok!

So many wonderful recipes in one post!! I really will miss Labor Day this year. I totally missed Memorial Day and 4th of July. British holidays make no sense to me. Also, they just get tons of Mondays off as "bank holidays" and when I ask what is the reason for observance I'm told, "it's just a bank holiday." So many differences!
JulieWunder says
It is very strange! And I bet you never see it coming! You'll have to have a little Labor Day party of your own this weekend 🙂
Deborah @ Confessions of a Mother Runner says
ooh some of my favorite recipes of yours! this summer did just fly by didn't it?!
JulieWunder says
I did! The leaves are even just starting to turn here!
Stacie @ SimplySouthernStacie says
As yummy as all these recipes look, you will find me eating nothing but burgers, ice cream and waffles this weekend ; )
JulieWunder says
haha! I appreciate your honesty! I just wonder if I'll end up at Olive Garden like the 4th of July... 🙂
Annmarie says
Yum and yes, please! These all look delish and perfect for Labor Day picnics!
JulieWunder says
Thanks Annmarie! I need to brush up on what you can and can't eat now, just so I know!
