Make snack time easy with my 4 Ingredient No Bake Peanut Butter Bites!
Hi guys!
Happy Monday to ya! For those of you who are local make sure to turn on the tube between 5-7 AM on WLOS because I'll be sharing how to make these healthy No Bake Peanut Butter Bites as well as some other fabulous healthy breakfast and snack ideas. If you are not local (or not an early riser,) you still get to be part of the fun by enjoying the recipe here and later this week I'll share all the details from the tv segment in a post. I'm hoping to have the actual video to share with you too.
No Bake Peanut Butter Bites
With back to school season here, it's time to focus on fast healthy foods on the go. Even if you don't have kids, the fall season seems to speed up life a little bit, and healthy, fast snacks are even more important.
Well, my friends... it doesn't get any easier than this! My 4 INGREDIENT No Bake Peanut Butter Bites use pantry staples, are lickidy split fast to put together AND taste really good.
I mean... does it really get better than this?
So the 4 magic ingredients are Honey Peanut Butter (or your favorite nut butter,) good old fashioned oatmeal, chocolate chips and chia seeds.
That's it!
The combination is a perfect fix of healthy fiber, carbs and just enough chocolate to handle that nagging sweet tooth! Plus you get a superfood bonus with adding the chia seeds.
My No Bake Peanut Butter Bites taste kind of like a oatmeal cookie and are really a whole foods, clean eating way to get handle that afternoon slump.
Plus they are just downright fun.
Make a batch (or two!) of these on the weekend, store them in your fridge and watch them disappear because just like the chips... it's hard to stop at just one.
I hope you enjoy them as much as I do. I'd love to hear what you think in the comments.

I can not wait to make these!! I've been looking for a healthy "dessert" which I'm not sure if these would count but they look like a healthy snack for sure. Do you think they could be frozen if the batch was large?
