Does anyone else feel like they get into a rut in the kitchen? I know that even with this blog, I know I can get into a routine and make too many repeat meals. Some recipe inspiration goes a long way, but who has time to search for new stuff? I hope these posts will help guide you to some new recipes without much fuss.
Once a month I put together a list of 5 EASY new recipes to try. You'll find dinner ideas, side dishes, and usually some sweet treats. It’s only 5 recipes because I feel like that’s a pretty attainable list for most of us.
This April I'm focusing on spring flavors including asparagus, lemon, and roasted carrots. I'm also sharing my favorite egg salad recipe for your leftover Easter eggs (no mayo!) and this month's dinner is a light and flavorful Shrimp & Zoodles. It's the perfect recipe inspiration for the transition to spring.
