This dip will have everyone coming back for more! My 5 Ingredient Avocado Feta Dip recipe is downright addictive.
Hi guys!
I hope everyone had a great weekend! I just got back from Hilton Head and am looking forward to a beautiful spring week in the mountains where my Hubby isn't working 80 hour weeks.
Before we left, I got a big batch of avocados from the store and they all ripened a bit sooner than I thought they would... so I had the classic problem (or good fortune depending on how you look at it) of what to do with them. I made all sorts of avocado toast but still had a few left. I settled on trying a dip that combined two of my all time favorite foods.... avocado and feta. The result was simply DREAMY.
Here's why my Avocado Feta Dip recipe is a must try...
There is something about the creamy avocado and salty feta that goes downright perfect together. It's smooth, but has the bite from the cheese. The tomatoes give it just a touch of lovely color.
The entire dip comes together in just five simple ingredients!
Instead of giving my version Mexican flavors like guacamole, I decided to mix it up and add garlic and lemon! You could add lime, but I like the more Mediterranean touch with this. It's unexpected and delicious.
Serve this Avocado Feta Dip recipe with your favorite chip or cracker. I'm partial to these Almond Nut Thins, which just happen to be wheat and gluten free. We eat both in my house, but I love that these crackers are made of almonds, giving them a little more nutritional value. They have a great crunch and taste amazing.
This dip something unique, but absolutely crowd pleasing. The Hubs and I went through a batch in no time at all. I guarantee this would disappear at any spring or summer party you serve it at. Plus with only 5 ingredients it's easy to throw together in a pinch.
I hope you enjoy this Avocado Feta Dip! As always, I'd love to hear what you think in the comments.
