Your salads just got a lot tastier! Try my homemade Cilantro Lime Vinaigrette recipe.
Hi guys!
I love a good, super flavorful homemade salad dressing. It makes salads taste so much better in my opinion and it often can be a bit healthier. In fact, I have so many healthy salad dressing recipes on this site, I've been thinking about doing a post to put them all in one place! Would you guys like that?
When I'm in a rush, I like to do this simple way to dress a salad <--- video, but when I have a little more time I love to create a nice homemade dressing for the week like this Cilantro Lime Vinaigrette recipe. It really only takes a few minutes to make and it uses just a few simple ingredients. The result is a healthy, homemade dressing that makes any dish taste amazing!
Cilantro Lime Vinaigrette Recipe
This salad dressing gets its flavor from avocado oil, cilantro and lots of lime. I have a Creamy Avocado Cilantro Lime dressing on Running in a Skirt BUT this one is totally different. It's light and perfect for summer. It would taste lovely on a taco salad or any Mexican or Southwest flavored bowl. It would work equally well on a traditional green-based salad, a grain bowl or even a seafood salad!
You could even liven up a burrito bowl with this goodness.
My Cilantro Lime Vinaigrette recipe comes together in no time in a blender or food processor. I made mine in my Ninja with the food processor attachment. I LOVE this thing.---> Get it here! (Amazon affiliate link)
You have the option to make it spicier with added jalapeno. If you don't like spice just leave it out. If you do... you can add part of seeded jalapeno OR if you love spice leave in the seeds. It's totally up to you.
