Do you love cats and dogs as much as I do? All you have to do to help homeless animals this week is eat out for Animal Compassion Network’s 10th Annual Dine to be Kind!
Animal Compassion Network is one of the many awesome animal adoption agencies in Western North Carolina. They do so much including fostering and re-homing animals, low cost shot clinics, help with spaying, neutering and even pet food assistance programs.
You can help them specifically with their low-cost spay and neuter programs by dining out at one of the participating restaurants for Dine to be Kind this TUESDAY! Tuesday is national “spay” day. A portion of the proceeds from each of the participating restaurants will go directly back to Animal Compassion Network life saving efforts. This fundraiser is SO easy to be a part of – just eat out! Make make sure you go to one of the places on the list!
For a list of restaurants go to http://www.animalcompassionnetwork.org/
I have been the “Honorary Chair” of the event for 10 years! Each year I visit participating restaurants and thank folks for being a part of such a special day with my good friend “Scooby Neuter!” This year I’ll be at home continuing to recoup my voice (don’t worry I’ll send the hubs for takeout!!!) but I wanted to share some of the fun we had last year through pictures.
Please come out and support this awesome cause!
