Who isn't a sucker for a good dip? I know I am! I'm not much of a snacker, but put some chips and dip in front of me and I can do some damage. I have no self control.
I know I'm not the only one who feels that way so whenever I have folks over I like to at least some chips and salsa sitting out. With Mexican inspired flavors like lime and cilantro, this Healthy Black Bean Dip recipe is the perfect addition to that. It is super easy to make, creamy and OH SO DELISH.

This Healthy Black Bean Dip recipe is really easy to love. First off... it's simple to make. All you do is pop a can of black beans and few other ingredients in a blender or food processor and mix away.
The result is a super tasty, almost hummus-like dip that pairs perfectly with your favorite chips.
Just look at that texture! The creaminess comes from my secret ingredient... greek yogurt. It adds some extra pizzaz and health benefits to the dip that anyone can love.
The flavor comes from limes, cilantro, and garlic. Just enough to make it interesting.

- Canned Black Beans
- Cilantro
- Lime
- Greek Yogurt
- Garlic

How to my this Creamy Bean Dip recipe...
This recipe could not be easier!
- Rinse the black beans.
- Put all the ingredients in a food processor or blender.
- Mix until smooth.
- Serve with chips!
This Healthy Black Bean Dip recipe is also good as a spread on wraps or sandwiches... kind of like hummus.

Healthy Black Bean Dip recipe
Ingredients
- 1 15 ounce can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 tablespoons greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons cilantro
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 teaspoon mexican or taco spice blend (Recipe in notes)
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
