Better than a bottle! You'll love the fresh herbs in my Healthy Homemade Green Goddess Dressing recipe.
Hi guys,
So yes, I've been on a salad dressing kick lately but what is more summery than a salad with homemade dressing?
I usually lean for something simple like my Greek Salad Dressing or dress the greens right in the bowl... but sometimes I just want something a bit fancier. That's when I pull out the herbs to make my Healthy Homemade Green Goddess Dressing recipe.
It only requires a little more effort, but the result it totally drool worthy.
The base of my dressing is greek yogurt and the green comes from a healthy portion of chives, parsley and basil. Those herbs work well for me because I grow them in my garden, but feel free to pick some of your favorites.
The Healthy Homemade Green Goddess Dressing recipe tastes fresh and unique! It works well on any greens and even my Greenest Green Salad.
It's also delicious drizzled over freshly grilled vegetables or in a buddha bowl. Since it's so versatile, you can make a big batch at the beginning on the week and serve it in different ways each weekday.
I hope you enjoy it and as always I'd love to hear what you think about it!
