Did you make any fitness New Year’s Resolutions? It’s almost two weeks into 2013 and according to statistics a lot of people have already forgotten about those twilight hour promises. I think we all can relate to how easy it can be to push them aside.

I was able to go to the playlist but I wanted to put in my playlist to download to my ipod and I can't figure out how to do it.

I sadly don't think It can go directly on your i-pod. If you have an iphone and have the spotify ap I think you can listen to it. I had to buy the songs for my i-pod 🙁 sorry!
I am not a tech expert though...

I subscribed to spotify but I can't figure out how to make a playlist because I really like to songs that you recommended.

Did you try clicking on the pink links with the playlist name? I thought that would take you directly to my playlist. Let me know if that doesn't work.
