Celebrating 10 Years

10 years.  An entire decade.

In some ways, it seems like I blinked and ended up where we are now.  Time really does have a funny way of playing tricks on you.  I close my eyes and can see that sunset on the beach so vividly on our wedding day a decade ago in Hawaii.  I remember spotting the whales and sea turtles that appeared during our ceremony like it was yesterday.

In other ways, our simple wedding on a quiet beach cove on Maui feels like an entire lifetime ago.  Life certainly was a lot simpler back then.  I look back and think that we really were just kids.

These 10 years have been filled with all sorts of memories... good and bad.  We've gone on some amazing adventures, traveled the world, got a puppy and brought two adorable baby boys into the world who are nothing short of miracles.  We've faced some tremendous challenges from deaths in the family to infertility but have fought through them together coming out stronger in the end.

In 10 years we've built a life and family that has exceeded my wildest dreams.  My goodness, I love these boys.

I am so lucky that I got to marry my soulmate and best friend.  He's one of the truly good men in the world and I count my lucky stars that we found our way to each other.  I can honestly say that I love him 10 times more than I did on this day.

Life is never perfect, but this decade has been downright beautiful because of you.

Our Maui Wedding

To celebrate I dug through our old professional wedding photos and decided to share some that I've never shared before.  This day was absolute magic and I hope you enjoy this small glimpse into it.
