September Recap
What a month!
Running in a Skirt has been through quite a transformation this month. My New & Shiny Site Redesign finally became a reality.
It was not without it's problems though. I've had some unexpected issues with the site, and I am still working out some kinks in the site speed. I've spent huge chunks of time this month working on the site and continuing to optimize images and go through old posts. Regardless I'm optimistic this new, more professional look will help me gain more momentum in the blogging world.
Numbers wise, I'm excited to see some of my posts from last fall gain some traction again through Facebook and Pinterest. It's so nice when those evergreen posts can keep working for you.
On a personal note, other than my trip to see my Grandma Bea, it's been a slow month. The hubs work is much busier in September, so we don't do as much as we do in the summer. But after a hectic season, it's nice to calm down some.
I'm looking forward to October and all the pumpkin mania I can handle!
