The Twin's First Halloween

Hello! Hello!

I know I'm a little behind on this but I still wanted to share photos from the twins first Halloween.  I was afraid Halloween was going to be a bust with a ton of rain the forecast but it actually ended up being pretty cute and memorable.

I dressed the babies as lions.  They are quite ferocious!

And I was a lion tamer!  I figured I only had one year to put them in cute cuddly baby costumes, so I might as well soak it up.  These turned out perfect.

We actually took these photos a few days beforehand and I'm glad I did because the weather was so crazy on Halloween.

All-day we were pretty sure that we weren't going to get to do anything for actual Halloween because the forecast was so bad.  Luckily my lovely neighbor invited us over for some indoor Halloween playtime with their son.  They were all so cute!

We had a terrible time convincing all three of them to look, much less smile at the camera!  I swear they like each other though!

The boys loved playing together and we were at least glad someone other than us saw their cute outfits.

They were also happy to play with different toys!  Luckily they had no idea what they were missing.

About 6 o'clock the rain unexpectantly cleared up and we all scrambled to get outside!

My MIL had bought us this wagon that we were saving for Halloween... so we were so excited to use it.

Our entire street came out and we loved getting to see all the other kids too.

We ended up going to just a handful of houses before the rain started again BUT it was just enough time to feel like we actually got a Halloween.  I was so grateful for that time.

The twin's first Halloween didn't go exactly as planned... but we still made some wonderful memories that I know we'll have for a lifetime.
