Hi everyone! It's been a low-key week at home. Luckily the weather has been so much better this week and we got to play outside every day, which was such a blessing!
With our slower season at home, we've been tackling some small projects around the house including trimming some trees around the house and removing a few that needed to go. The day the tree guys came I had them leave behind some of the branches and stumps for the boys. The kids (including our neighbors) came over the play with them and they had a blast carrying them to the woods.
They have made this fort area and they were pretty excited to have some new things to put in it.
Another big highlight of the week was getting knight costumes. We have the absolute best neighbors and HER Mom got the boys these outfits so all the four kids would have them. They have worn them around all week and even tried to sleep in them.
Hunter is such a ham with his! We are so grateful to have neighbors who care about our kids so much. We are super blessed!
And finally, the boys got this inflatable slide for Christmas but the weather hasn't been too great to get it out, but this week it was perfect.
They ended up sliding for hours!
It was a great way to burn some energy.
And these sliding photos cracked me up!
Good times were had by all!
The low-key week was just what we needed! This weekend we are looking forward to eating out with our friends and the Super Bowl. If you haven't planned your menu, check out my 30+ Healthy Super Bowl Recipes. I'll be making my Vegetarian Nachos and Buffalo Shrimp Dip!
Have a blessed weekend friends!
