Hi there! The biggest news this week is I got my second vaccine! I was a little foggy, tired and had a headache the next morning but honestly bounced back by the early afternoon the next day. I'm so relieved and can't wait to start doing a few more things once the Hubs also get his. He's a few weeks behind me. I'm so grateful I had the opportunity to get it.
On the Blog this Week:
It was a gorgeous week weather-wise and we spent most of our time outdoors. The boys continued to play with their leaf blower bubble guns.
They were so funny. Hunter tried washing all of his "cars" with bubbles.
This one made me laugh because they look like quite a team.
Another highlight of the week was making some energy bites with the babies. They love to "help Mommy" in the kitchen and I was trying to think of something that would be super easy for them to make with me. I find trying to really bake something with a lot of ingredients with them kind of stressful.
So I came up with trying my 4 Ingredient Peanut Butter Energy Bites. It turned out to be a great thing to make because it was fast, didn't involve a lot of steps and they could eat it out of the bowl without me worrying about raw egg.
I just told them they were cookies and they loved them. It's so nice that they don't know the difference for now.
The other big event of the week was all the yard work that happened. We had an area in our backyard that was perfect for the boy's swing set we ordered for them but it needed to be expanded. We ended up with some major equipment like this mini-excavator in our yard to move around some dirt and it provided endless entertainment.
The boys even brought out their own little construction trucks and chairs for a better view. They did NOT leave a seat for me.
And finally, this sweet picture was too cute to share. My cuddly Hunter needed his soft blanket AND his giant fire truck to lay on the couch and rest for a moment. He's such a sweet little boy.
That's it for this week.
I'm so excited because we are going back to Amelia Island this next week! It was supposed to be our after-tax season trip, but with the deadline extended it's our random April trip that the Hubs still has to work some on... BUT I'll take anything these days. 🙂
Make sure to follow me on Instagram for daily updates from our trip. I have new recipes and Currently... post scheduled to publish here while I'm gone so I'll see you in both places. Have a blessed week everyone.

Julie, wondering about the bubble leaf blowers. Some reviews were not good. I was thinking about getting one for my (soon to be ) 5 year old granddaughter.

My boys love them! One of them stopped working after a bit but my husband was able to fix it. My boys are really hard on toys though.
