Hello! Hello! It's been another routine and normal week and I'm grateful. The boys have finally started to get back in the swings of things at preschool and were all smiles heading in this week.
We've had some rainy days and they loved walking in with umbrellas. Oh to be three when even a rainy day umbrella is fun. 🙂
The boys also got a fun package from Bobby (Grandma) and have been playing with it all week. Getting packages is also crazy exciting right now.
These adorable construction plates have been a hit for days. If you are looking for a cute and unique gift for little boys, it's a great idea. Here it is on Amazon.
Thank you, Bobby!
It's been so cold over January and February that outside time has been hard to come by BUT this week finally gave us a few chances to get outside and play. Between the rain, we actually had some super mild afternoons.
Jackson was loving driving his tractor.
And Hunter is getting ready for spring with the lawnmower.
And we've also gotten to use our swing set again too. Spring can't come soon enough. This winter has seemed so hard in so many ways and getting outside helps us all so much.
And just for smiles, here's a few heartwarming photos to make your weekend.
These boys have been trying every bit of patience I never realized I had over the past few weeks, but then they pull out stuff like this and you really smile. Taking care of three-year-old twins has been so very challenging, but I'm still so grateful these two wild boys are mine.
There is one sunny hill I drive by on my way to preschool that blooms daffodils a few weeks earlier than everywhere else and it was actually blooming this week. It was just the little reminder I needed that warmer, brighter days are just around the corner. I'm seriously counting down the days to spring this year more than ever.
I hope you guys had a great week too. Here's to some brighter days ahead.

I love the construction themed shirts the twins are wearing in the above package pic. Our almost (April) 2 year old grandson enjoys visiting construction sites. Would you please share the t-shirt source?
I think you hosted a construction themed birthday for your cherubs. I would enjoy browsing that post too.
I appreciate your efforts.

Hi Maria!
Those came from Carters. They were part of a set that hand matching pants too. I think it's sold out though.
Here's a link to the post about their birthday party. It has links to everything I used to decorate at the bottom. 🙂 https://www.runninginaskirt.com/the-twins-third-birthday-party-construction-truck-party/
I hope your little one has a great birthday.

Your boys are totally adorable!! I miss babysitting the identical twin boys I watched from birth to 9 years old. Everyday was a new adventure!! I often “borrowed” my nephew who is their age so I had 3 little boys to keep me entertained!!
Keep the pictures coming, please. I love seeing them!! 💙💙
