Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Spray a baking dish with cooking spray.
Cut the lemon in half. Cut half of the lemon into wedges to serve with the fish and use the other half for juice for the recipe.
In a small bowl, whisk together the butter, minced garlic and the juice from half of the lemon.
Place the fish in the baking dish and brush with the lemon garlic butter.
