Healthy Blue Cheese Dressing

This Healthy Blue Cheese Dressing recipe is made with Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise.  Made with 5 ingredients in only 5 minutes, this rich, tangy, and super delicious dressing tastes just like a restaurant and is filled with blue cheese flavor.  Plus you can't beat that it's only 40 calories a serving!

  • Put the greek yogurt, blue cheese crumbles, garlic, lemon and milk into a food processer.
  • Blend until the dressing has a smooth consistency. Add 1-2 tablespoons of water until you get your desired thickness for a dressing.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve imediatly or store in an airtight container in the fridge.

Notes

Storage & Leftovers
Store any leftovers in an airtight container like a mason jar in the fridge for up to five days.  I love this glass serving bottle. Make sure to stir it well before using it.
Freezing
I do not recommend freezing the dressing as it will have a strange consistency when you thaw it back out.
