Healthy Broccoli Slaw Recipe

My Healthy Broccoli Slaw recipe is a no-mayo summer salad to love!  Made with fresh broccoli slaw and a healthy Broccoli Slaw dressing featuring tangy greek yogurt, sweet honey, and pumpkin seeds.  This unique coleslaw is an easy, guilt-free favorite.

  • In a large bowl, whisk the yogurt, lime, vinegar, honey together. 
  • Add the broccoli slaw, parsley and pumpkin seeds.  Toss until well coated.  Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours but up to overnight. Serve chilled.

Notes

The parsley and cilantro are very different flavors, but both work well! Pick your favorite!
Storage & Leftovers
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.  This recipe will not freeze well.
