My Healthy Broccoli Slaw recipe is a no-mayo summer salad to love! Made with fresh broccoli slaw and a healthy Broccoli Slaw dressing featuring tangy greek yogurt, sweet honey, and pumpkin seeds. This unique coleslaw is an easy, guilt-free favorite.
In a large bowl, whisk the yogurt, lime, vinegar, honey together.
Add the broccoli slaw, parsley and pumpkin seeds. Toss until well coated. Salt and pepper to taste.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours but up to overnight. Serve chilled.
