Parmesan Vinaigrette Dressing recipe
Julie Wunder
This Parmesan Vinaigrette Dressing recipe is an irresistible dressing made with rich parmesan cheese, tangy lemon, savory garlic, homemade Italian Seasoning, and olive oil. This bright dressing blends up quickly in just 5 minutes and is beautiful on salads.

Place the parmesan cheese, white wine vinegar, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, Italian Seasoning, Dijon Mustard in a food processor.
Blend until the dressing is smooth and emulsified.
Taste and add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve or store in an airtight container in the fridge.
Storage & Leftovers
Store any leftovers in an airtight container like a mason jar in the fridge for up to four days. I love this glass serving bottle. Make sure to stir it or shake it well before using it.
Freezing
I do not recommend freezing the dressing as it will have a strange consistency when you thaw it back out.
